Refund policy

All deposits are non-refundable. However, customers are allowed to reschedule their events up to 5 days prior to their event date in order to transfer their deposit to a future event.
If customers wish to cancel or make any changes without giving 5 days notice, their deposit will not be eligible for a return.
In the case of full payment made by credit card or PayPal, kidzone will keep the deposit and transaction fee (which is 25% of the total) as credit, while the remaining balance will be returned to the customer in 3-5 business days.
